Thoni Alutec—Metallurgy
One of its components is an assessment of the chemical composition of aluminium, its material structure, mechanical properties, and, last but not least, potential internal defects. The tests used are performed by qualified personnel with vast experience in interpretation of test results, in a modern, well-equipped matallurgical laboratory.
Material structure analysis is performed using digital microscopes, and the quality and strength of products is assessed on state-of-the-art devices for destructive testing. The above are used for every casting lot. Based on the tests conducted, our experts interpret the results and issue certificates accepted by international institutions.
