THONI ALUTEC Sp. z o.o. implements a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020. The project implemented as part of the National Centre for Research and Development programme: 6/1.1.1./2020 Fast Track.

Project Title: „Development of a high-performance, automated fixture and tool management system supported by Industry 4.0 solutions as a breakthrough in the flow of complex aluminium castings in the machining process”

The aim of the project: to develop process innovation in the form of a high-performance and automated ecosystem for fixture and tool management supported by Industry 4.0 solutions. Automation and optimisation will also apply to processes around machining, including management and transport of cutting tools and other tooling.

THONI ALUTEC sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund as part of Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020. The project is being implemented as part of Fast Track 6/1.1.1./2019—a National Centre for Research and Development programme.

Project Title: “Development of a technology for the production of complex and custom components based on improved two-stage design methods and a new innovative casting technique which is a breakthrough in the aluminium casting industry”.

Co-financing: PLN 31,357,555.25 PLN

The Purpose of the Project: to develop a unique technology in the field of aluminium casting based on a proprietary casting method with the use of a spiral-shaped downsprue, which will allow for on-demand manufacturing of custom components.

ISEE-P—Smart Control of Energy Efficiency in Industry

THONI ALUTEC Sp. z o.o. in consortium with ABZ Consulting Sp. z o.o. is implementing the Project under Measure 1.2: “Sectoral R&D Programmes” of the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund. Project title: “ISEE-P—Smart Control of Energy Efficiency in Industry”

Project Goal: In the study, the production systems and processes of an industrial enterprise will be analysed in terms of energy efficiency, with the THONI ALUTEC infrastructure as an example. Based on the profiles and processes, functional requirements and boundary conditions for the functioning of individual areas will be described, and business benefits will be identified. The study will serve to develop various reference models and profiles. In subsequent studies, they will be mapped and integrated into the processes of supervision and efficiency control taking into account reference rules. A trial ISEE-P system will be created, which will be tested in laboratory and real-life conditions. The prototype installation and tests will take place using THONI ALUTEC’s manufacturing infrastructure.

Other Projects

The goal of the project is to develop a technology for the design and manufacture of reduction gearboxes and the accessory drive for the gas turbine aircraft engine. The project is being implemented as part of a consortium of three companies and seven universities, as well as research institutions in the aviation industry.
